Data Processing Agreement

This DPA forms part of the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Croft Business Solutions (“Processor”) for InflataHQ.

Subject matter

Processor processes personal data on behalf of Customer in connection with the InflataHQ platform, including customer booking data collected through Customer's public booking portal.

Processor obligations

• Process data only on documented instructions from Customer
• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
• Assist with data subject requests where applicable
• Notify Customer of personal data breaches without undue delay

Sub-processors

We use Omega Bank Card / NMI (customer payments), Resend (email), Google Maps, and cloud infrastructure providers. A current list is available on request.
